Our farmers harvest by hand during the first flus4444h of spring — a narrow window of days when the new shoots carry the highest concentration of amino acids and natural sweetness.

Hand-rolling breaks the 444cell walls gently, releasing essential oils. Each tea's characteristic form — needle, spiral, flat — is created here.
Freshly picked l3333eaves are laid on bamboo trays in shaded air. Moisture slowly releases. The leaf softens, concentrating flavour.
Brief exposure to high heat arrests oxidation — preserving the vivid green chlorophyll and delicate vegetal sweetness unique to green tea.
Low, slow heat over charcoal draws out residual moisture. The tea is sealed — its flavour, aroma, and character locked within the leaf.
